		<description><![CDATA[ok, so this is about the whole diet thing. i&#039;m going to try to explain it here. 
Usually, relief from RA through diet changes will happen within 2 weeks. This is usually quicker than a normal flare will disappear on it&#039;s own. 
Now, there are a lot of variables, which is why it is so difficult to figure out which diet works for who. This is also why it is so difficult to conduct research studies on that particular topic and so many studies have been inconclusive or not had enough positive results to prove anything.
So, we&#039;re left to experiment on our own.
With the nightshades, if you are actually being poisoned by the toxins within them, your body will heal from it within 10 days of being off of them and if you introduce them on the 11th day your body will react violently. This is a unique food group though because it is not related to allergies.
Allergies are a whole different story because everyone is sensitive to different foods and if you remove one thing (like gluten) but not the other things, then you may not see results.
