I’m completely in love with Barcelona too – to the extent that I’ve started learning Spanish. Will have to make some serious money before going back under my own steam though, especially if I want to stay in the same hotel!

that sounds like it was a of of fun! i watched the video and it was really well done. i spent a month in barcelona studying…i love that city.

It really was – still can’t believe my luck! Mind you, there’s a post coming up (if I get round to writing it) about the ‘fun’ we had at the airports, which was less great! Still, we got there and we got back.

I did see the Sagrada Familia, but only from the tour bus, because although it was a ‘hop on, hop off’ bus, the queues were enormous to get back on and my feet were sore from the day before – so got a few photos but didn’t see it in any detail. One of the many things I’d like to go back and do properly! It was VERY much still in the process of being built – A and C would probably have been more interested in the enormous cranes than the cathedral!

It’s one place I’d like to go, especially if it was all expenses paid! Did you see the Sagrada Familia?
