I certainly couldn&#039;t manage with physio alone, but in combination with the plethora of drugs, occupational therapy (not an ongoing thing, but there if I need her), managing non-RA issue like fibromyalgia etc., it&#039;s great!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for sharing more information on your physiotherapy routine. It was only this past year that I introduced PT into my bad of tools. I used to go 3x a week, and for the past couple of months have been going 2x a week.

My sessions usually revolve around electrotherapy (there are about 4 currents they use, in addition to TENS) and ultrasound. The also have a cold-laser machine that is particularly effective for the small joints in the fingers and hands.

Glad to hear that PT works for you as well. As with anything else it is not the one solution, but for me at least is has been great having it in the mix.]]></description>
