Had a lot of neck and between the shoulders in the back pain. Getting more ergonomical with the chair and the keyboard helped. I do not recall if any of the burning was directly over the spine though. Between readjusting everything and then I guess getting on pred/nsaids/dmards, much of that went away. I still get some problems but change in work helped soem of that.

I get aching in that part of the shoulder too. Never done ultrasound on it. Wonder if it would hurt like yours. Hope you get to the bottom of it.
