Chocolate Pizza – it’s out there!

Thanks to Maggie for bringing this to light. After a lengthy discussion in comments about a chocolate pizza diet, Maggie found this actual, real life chocolate pizza ! And as an added bonus there’s a picture of a man on there who bears a resemblance to the gorgeous David Tenant! Mmm, chocolate pizza and David Tenant – what a combination that would be! I have to say, a 10″ chocolate pizza from firebox doesn’t come cheap … but if it came with David Tenant (or DDT as he is rather unfortunately known around her (Divine David Tenant), it would certainly be a bargain.
Apologies to all those expecting a serious and thought-provoking post. It’s been a loooooooooong day (and anyway, you should have known better!)

Oh, this is so funny! There really IS chocolate pizza! I visited the website you linked to and boy, does that look scrumptuous. Only one problem — they only sell those luscious chocolate pizzas in the UK. Well!
So I went googling. You inspired me, Polly. And I found a LOW FAT recipe for chocolate pizza:

I do think I’m going to have to try this. I’m guessing I could ruin the low-fat aspect and add other tasty candies as toppings… toffee, for instance. Crushed peppermints… the sky’s the limit!

Oh wow!! Let me know when you’ve made (built?) this monster and I’ll get a ticket to California! ;o) I’ll have the toffee topping please, heavy on the marshmallows but easy on the peppermints!
Alternatively perhaps you could make your fortune by being the sole importer of chocolate pizza to the US? No? I guess not. If you ever get hold of those Jeeves and Wooster DVDs there’s a lovely one about Tuppy Glossop becoming the sole importer of the American “Spitz Polecat” car into the UK. It didn’t work for him either. ;o(
